Veterans - click the link and complete the form. Be sure to include "HSV Angel Vet" in the field "Please tell us...." Your computer donation is paid for by HSV Angels.
Students - click the link and enter "Referred by Dr J" in the field "Please tell us ..." C4K will contact you regarding the computer.
If referred by Other Agencies such as OBHAW, click the link and enter "OBHAW" in the field "Please tell us ..." Your computer donation is paid for by HSV Angels.
HSV Angels has partnered with Computers for Kids(C4K) to provide computers for students, veterans, and the homeless population. In order to qualify for a computer, the recipient must be a student (k-12, vocational, or college) or working directly with another non-profit or governmental agency such as CCMC, AR Work Force, or Ouachita Behavioral (OBHAW).
